Taiwanese WSU Meeting 2025
For several years now, it has been a tradition not only to hold the official meeting of the Water Sommelier Union in Europe, but also to hold an annual meeting in Taipei, especially for our members in Taiwan.
Many thanks to Yvonne Wu and Dr. Howard Hsiah for organizing this wonderful meeting each year!
The WSU board was also present this year with Gerlinde Mock and Joachim Kuppert. Gerlinde presented a tea tasting (in which the water plays a decisive role, of course) in her usual competent manner.
The brand new book on water, edited by Yvonne Wu and Dr. Howard Hsiah, was also presented at this event.
We hope to welcome many participants from Taiwan to our official annual meeting in Karlovy Vary in September! We look forward to seeing you there!
